Is the test really free?
Yes — the 12-minute Personality Test is free and needs no login. Detailed reports and training programs are paid upgrades; there's nothing to pay for until you choose to go further.
Can my employer use my results?
No. Our terms prohibit using SuccessPath results for hiring, firing, promotion, or any employment decisions. This is a self-reflection tool.
Is this like a medical or psychological diagnosis?
No. SuccessPath is for self-reflection and career development only — not a hiring, medical, or psychological diagnostic tool.
Can I get a refund?
CareerPath Training program enrollments come with a 14-day no-questions refund. Detailed reports are not refundable.
Do I keep getting charged?
Never silently. Reports are one-time payments, no subscription. Programs show the exact monthly amount and duration before you enroll — no open-ended auto-renew, and monthly charges apply whether or not you take the tests.
